Return & Replacement Policy

Returns at time of delivery only

If you have any issue with your order — missing items, wrong quantity, or anything not right — you must raise it with the delivery person before they leave. This is the only window for a return. Once the delivery is confirmed and the person has left, no return request will be accepted under any circumstance.

Replacement — when you are eligible

A replacement (not a refund) can be requested in the following cases only:

• Expired product — the item's expiry date has passed at the time of delivery.
• Damaged product — the item is visibly damaged, broken, or leaking on arrival.
• Wrong item delivered — you received something different from what you ordered.

Replacement is subject to availability. If the correct item is out of stock, a credit adjustment or refund may be considered on a case-by-case basis by the store.

How to claim a replacement

1. Show the issue to the delivery person at the time of delivery.
2. The delivery person will note it and report back to the store.
3. The replacement will be dispatched in the next available delivery slot.

Not eligible for return or replacement

• Change of mind after the delivery is accepted.
• Items partially consumed or opened (unless damaged/expired).
• Fresh produce with normal variation in appearance or size.
• Items reported after the delivery person has left.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled before they are packed. Once an order is marked out for delivery, cancellation is no longer possible. Contact us immediately on +91 +919814100700 if you need to cancel.

Delivery

We deliver within 10 km of our store in two daily windows — morning and evening. Free delivery is provided within 2 km or on orders above ₹1,000. Beyond that, a charge of ₹3.5/km applies.
