Using DasamBasket

By placing an order on this platform, you agree to provide a valid mobile number and an accurate delivery address. Both are required to verify your identity and deliver your order. Providing false information may result in order cancellation.

Information we collect

  • Mobile number — used to verify your account via OTP and contact you about your order.
  • Delivery address — including GPS coordinates, to calculate delivery distance and route to your door.
  • Login session cookie — a secure, HTTP-only cookie that keeps you logged in across visits. It contains no personal data, only a session identifier.

We do not collect your name unless you provide it voluntarily during checkout. We do not collect email addresses.

Payment & financial data

No payment details are stored on our servers. Specifically:

  • We do not store card numbers, bank account numbers, CVVs, or any banking credentials.
  • For UPI payments: we store only the transaction reference ID you share with us, and the payment screenshot you upload — used solely for verification purposes.
  • For Cash on Delivery: no financial data is stored beyond the order amount.

UPI payments are made directly through your bank's UPI app to our UPI handle (9814100700@ptsbi). We have no access to your bank account at any point.

Pricing & availability

Prices and stock levels are updated by our team and may change without prior notice. If an item becomes unavailable after you have placed an order, we will contact you before dispatching to offer a substitution or cancellation.

Service area

DasamBasket delivers within 10 km of our store on Dhina Road, Jalandhar. Orders from addresses outside this range cannot be placed on this platform. Delivery fees are calculated automatically based on your actual distance.

Returns & replacements

Returns are accepted only at the time of delivery. No returns are accepted after the delivery person has left. Replacements are available for expired, damaged, or incorrectly delivered items. See our full Return & Replacement Policy.
